AAPC CPC Exam Centers in India (2026 List)
There is no single government list of CPC exam centers in India that stays accurate. AAPC shows the centers and online seats you can book today inside your member account. This page lists the cities Indian candidates should check first, and the rules that do not change when a center moves.
Cities to Check First
| City | What candidates use it for | Before you travel |
|---|---|---|
| Hyderabad | The most common in-person option for Telangana and Andhra students | Match the appointment address to your ID appointment |
| Bengaluru | Karnataka candidates who do not want online proctoring | Confirm the seat is CPC, not another AAPC exam |
| Chennai | Tamil Nadu candidates along the coast | Recheck the week before. Seats move. |
| Coimbatore | Western Tamil Nadu, so you are not forced to Chennai | Have a backup online slot |
| Vijayawada | Andhra candidates who cannot reach Hyderabad easily | If the city is absent this month, use Hyderabad or online |
Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, and Kochi sometimes appear as well. If your city is missing, online proctoring is the designed alternative, not a second-class one. Most Indian CPC candidates test online.
How to Book
- Join AAPC and buy the CPC exam attempt.
- Open the scheduler. Do this after your mocks are stable, not on the first day of class.
- Choose a center or online proctoring.
- Read the current rules on ID, breaks, and which year's code books are allowed.
- Sit a full timed mock in the same four-hour shape the week before.
Fees stay in US dollars. The center does not set a separate India price. For the 2027 planning view, use the CPC exam dates guide. For who is allowed to sit, use the eligibility guide.
Online Proctoring from India
Online proctoring is the option most Indian candidates should plan for, with a center as a backup. You need a closed room, a working webcam, a stable connection, and a desk the proctor can see. Phone hotspots fail often enough that you should have a second connection ready. The proctor can stop the exam if another person enters the room. Tell your household the four-hour window in advance.
Code books must be the editions the current AAPC policy allows. Loose notes, printed coaching sheets, and a second screen are the things that get attempts cancelled. Ask your trainer for a clean desk checklist the week before, and do one mock at that desk so the setup is not new on exam day.
What an In-Person Day Looks Like
Reach the center early with the same photo ID that is on your AAPC profile. Eat before you go. The exam is a long reading session, and leaving the room may be restricted. If you are traveling from Vijayawada to Hyderabad, or from Tiruppur to Coimbatore, travel the previous evening. A same-morning train is how people miss a paid attempt.
Centers do not sell CPC training and they do not explain guidelines. They administer the seat. Questions about scoring, breaks, and appeals go to AAPC, not to the front desk. Save the appointment email. If the address in that email differs from a blog, an ad, or an old WhatsApp forward, follow the email.
Cities That Are Not on This List
Calicut, Vijayawada's smaller neighbors, and many district towns will not have a permanent CPC room. That does not block you. You either travel to the nearest city on your scheduler or you test online. QuickCode students in those cities do both. Do not pay a local institute extra because they claim a "tie-up exam center" that you cannot see inside your own AAPC login. If it is not in your account, it is not your center.
After the Appointment Is Booked
- Put the date on a study calendar and stop adding new topics in the last week.
- Retake two full mocks. Review only the misses.
- Re-read the AAPC candidate rules three days prior. They change more often than center addresses.
- Pack ID, books, and confirmation. Leave coaching printouts at home.
- Plan the next morning off. You will not want a night shift after a four-hour paper.
When the result arrives, update your resume the same week. CPC-A is still a result. Tell employers you have booked the removal plan, and keep coding charts while you wait for the score mail. The center's job ended when you submitted the exam. The hiring job starts with the charts you can defend.
Where can I take the CPC exam in India?
Through online proctoring, or at a testing center your AAPC account offers. Cities that commonly appear are Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Coimbatore, and Vijayawada. Confirm the live center before you travel.
